We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of HR tasks—from recruiting and administering benefits to ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. If you have a passion for people operations, and want to develop a deep understanding of employee relations, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate job postings and interview scheduling with the recruiting team;
Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end;
Support managers in HR decisions and throughout all stages of the employee life cycle;
Administer the onboarding and offboarding processes (new hires, terminations);
Prepare and maintain employee documents (contracts, agreements, etc.);
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with labor laws and government regulations;
Manage employee benefits and privileges (healthcare, pensions, etc.);
Collaborate with immigration services for foreign employee visas.
Candidate Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR/Employee Relations role;
Complete secondary or incomplete higher education;
English proficiency at B1 level (preferred);
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability;
Experience in the ADZ segment is a significant advantage;
Willingness to grow and develop professionally.
